On February 15, at the third Balloon Concept challenge, 10 ecomagic double layer balloons made a long distance flight race looking out also their consumption. The 2018 Japanese National Championship was celebrated, from October 30st to November 5th in Saga, Japan during the Saga International Balloon Fiesta. The winner was the Ultramagic pilot Yudai Fugita. The 1st, 2nd 4th 5th 6th 8th 9th and the 10th place were occupied by Racer Balloons by Ultramagic.

The 2018 Catalan Championship was celebrated, from September 28th to September 30th in Agramunt, Catalonia. The winner was Carles Figueras. The rest of the podium was completed with Neus Lladó, in the second place, and Jordi Diaz as a third classified.
